HEATHER HELLMAN
Heather Hellman has spent her career in communications. In 2003, she established Highway 101 Communications to bring 20 years of brand marketing experience to her clients. Heather began her career in small agencies in Los Angeles, California before taking a consulting position with Philip Morris, USA. She worked in event marketing for brands including Marlboro, Benson & Hedges and Virginia Slims. While working with Philip Morris, Heather travelled with the Women's Professional Tennis Tour, worked professional concerts and entertainment events and helped launch the Cartier brand. After working for Philip Morris for six years, she had a brief stint with Major League Soccer (MLS) before returning to the agency work. Heather handled accounts for companies specializing in the automotive, financial, energy, political, entertainment, technology, retail, sports, fashion and non-profit industries. Her business knowledge spans planning and execution of strategies for start-ups, as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Heather has developed campaigns for American Express, ChevronTexaco, Honda, Cox Interactive, Working Assets and HBO to name a few companies.
Heather works with several central coast businesses, bringing big brand ideas and experience to help them compete, build loyal customer relationships and realize growth. Some of Highway 101 Communications client's include Sinsheimer Juhnke Lebens & McIvor, One Touch Environments, Cabrillo Care Center, California International Choral Festival & Compatition and Crystal Springs Water to name a few.
Heather earned a degree at UCLA and continues to educate herself in the fast-changing world of marketing. |
